ORDER

 

By consent, the petition is being disposed of on following terms:


1. In case the petitioner will deposit the entire amount due in accordance with the order of the District Consumer Forum along with all accrual till the date as per final order in case No.116 of 1995, in the State Commission within a period of six weeks, the impugned order will be deemed as set aside and revision petition will be deemed as allowed with no order as to costs. On failure to petitioner to deposit within stipulated period, the revision petition will be deemed as dismissed without any further reference to the Commission.


 

2.  In case the amount has been deposited within six weeks before the State Commission, the appeal No.634 of 2000 be restored to its original position and by giving due opportunity to both the parties, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four months as for as possible, from the first date of appearance. The parties to appear before the State Commission on 5.12.2011 in order to verify “whether the appeal is restored or not if so restored due to payment of entire amount, then the State Commission to proceed with hearing in accordance with law.
