Complaint under section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986

Now  amended  Section 34 of Consumer protection Act 2019.

                             Sh.  Nitish Sharma, counsel for opposite party.

ORDER:  

                             Today the case was fixed for filing written statement and POA on behalf of  opposite party as well as for compromise if any.

                             Power of attorney on behalf of opposite party has been filed today.

                             Shri Nitish Sharma, counsel for the opposite party has made a statement that the opposite party will replace the 256 GB SSD and install  512 SSD and 512 HDD in the laptop in question subject to return of 256 GB SSD.

                             Shri Keshav Kishore – complainant has made a statement that he is satisfied with the statement given by the counsel for the opposite party and, therefore, withdraw his complaint being fully satisfied.

                             On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the opposite party, direction is given to opposite party to replace the 256 GB and install 512 SSD and 512 HDD in the laptop in question, subject to return of 256 GB SSD.  Hence, the complaint has been disposed off accordingly.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room.
