The learned counsel who entered appearance for the respondent stated that he shall file his Vakalatnama today. The learned counsel has already received the paper book.

          The learned counsel for the parties apprised that payment had already been received by the respondent.

          In view of this, the learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this revision petition.

          The revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

          The learned counsel for the petitioners may ensure that the amount of Rs.5,000/- in terms of the previous order i.e.13-09-2016 is duly paid to the respondent within one week.
