Parties filed compromise on 4th April, 2013. Today counsel for the appellant and counsel for the respondents along with respondents submitted that terms of Compromise and Schedule A have been signed by the parties in presence of the witnesses. As the matter has been compromised, appeal filed by the appellant against the respondents is disposed of in terms of compromise and terms of compromise will form part of the order. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that possession of unit had already been given to the respondents but respondents have given back keys of the unit to the appellant for necessary repairs. Parties are directed to abide by the terms of compromise and appellant is directed to hand over possession of Unit A/9/24 to the respondents within a period of three months from today after necessary repairs. Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn our attention to letter dated 16-11-2013 issued by the appellant to the respondents, in which appellant has mentioned that registration of the said unit in favor of the respondents will be done within three months from the date of passing order by this Commission. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that this letter has been issued by the appellant. It is expected from the appellant that after handing over the possession of repaired unit to the respondents, appellant will get it registered in the name of the respondents within three months from today. Copy of this letter may be placed on record. Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
