Final Order / Judgement | A-626/2018 22-8-2024 ORDER BY SRI. RAVISHANKAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER. Case called out twice, Appellant not present since long time. The appeal was filed long back in the year 2018. On perusal of the order sheet, it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to address the arguments, he did not turn up to address the arguments. It seems, he has no interest in continuing his case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. We do not find any valid reasons to adjourn the matter. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Lady Member. Judicial Member | |
