None appeared for the parties.

Perusal of record shows that none appeared for the appellant on 28-12-2017 to press delay condonation application as well as appeal. Consequently 08-05-2018 was fixed for hearing on delay condonation application. Again on 08-05-2018 none appeared for the appellant to press delay condonation application as well as appeal. Again 08-10-2018 was fixed for hearing on delay condonation application. Today on 08-10-2018 also none appeared for the appellant to press delay condonation application as well as appeal.

In view of above delay condonation application is rejected in default of appellant as not pressed and appeal is not entertained due to bar of limitation.
