          This complaint is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :

          Both present. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing a memo of settlement has been filed, signed by both parties along with their respective counsels stating that the matter has been settled between the parties. Pursuant to the settlement, a sum of Rs.15,71,069/- by way of demand draft drawn at Punjab National Bank, handed over to the complainant by the opposite parties. The complainant has also accepted the said amount.

          Hence the complaint is disposed off, recording the memo of settlement.

          Memo of settlement shall form part of the order.
