Case called out. The learned counsel for the complainant, learned counsel for OP No.1 are present before the forum. The learned counsel for the complainant filed memo regarding the settlement of the claim between the complainant and the OP no.1. In this context, he has produced the relevant document for having received an amount of Rs.2, 00,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.000917 dated 21.10.2018. At this above Said date not counsel for OP.No.1 Submits that the cheque was on 24-10-2018. On being questioned the learned counsel for the complainant, he has considered that the date of cheque is 24-10-2018 is correct. We have gone through the contents of the memo which appears that this matter is settled out of court between complainant and OP No.1. OP No.2. Is only the projects who is represented by OP No.1.  On going through the contents of the memo of settlements, we do not find any legal Impediment to allow the said memorandum of settlement. Accordingly it is allowed. The matter is disposed off as settled in terms of the settlement as stated above.

Bothe Parties are directed to bear their own cost.
