This appeal has been filed against the judgment of learned

DCF Jaipur Ist dated 6.8.2010 by which it ordered the appellants to restore the electricity connection in the house of the complainant and pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.2000/- as costs.

 

During arguments of the appeal it was revealed that the connection has been restored to the complainant and the complainant had compromised the matter with the appellants and had decided to forego the payment of Rs.7000/- awarded to him as compensation for mental agony and costs. A written agreement to this effect was also available on file. The respondent is not present before us. In view of the situaton we find no force in this appeal and the appeal is decided as compounded.
