                   Complainant has made statement to the effect that a compromise has been effected between the parties and nothing remains due towards the Ops. So, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same.  In view of statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
