Learned counsel for the DH, has made a statement recorded separately that he has received a sum of Rs.15,141/- by way of cheque No.194416 dated 02.01.2023 today from the learned counsel for the JDs towards the full and final payment and withdraws the present Execution Application being fully satisfied.

          In view of the statement of learned counsel for Decree Holder, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.
