Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. Cost also not paid by the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the present complaint. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  However, no order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
