                     Today, none has turned up on behalf of complainant / decree holder. On the last three dates also none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  Case has been called several times since morning. Accordingly, the application under Section 25 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed in default.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
