                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for the complainant has made statement that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complainant has received cheque No.331662, dated 22.12.2010 amounting to Rs.15,392/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. Mohali, in his favour from the OP-PUDA, towards full and final payment. He further stated that now nothing is due towards the OPs and hence he withdraws the present complaint as satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
