After arguing for some time, petitioner states that he does not want to pursue with the present petition and wants to withdraw the same. However, he prays that liberty may be granted to seek appropriate relief before appropriate forum.

In view of the above statement given by the petitioner, present revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
