Sh.Ravinder Kumar, advocate appeared and filed Memo of appearance on behalf of the opposite parties. Ms.Pritpal Kaur, RA of the opposite parties is also present.

The RA alongwith counsel made a statement that the  Department has received the charges from the complainant as per consumption showing on electricity meter installed at his tubewell from January 2020 to August 2020. The said amount of bill has been adjusted from the amount deposited by the complainant-consumer as per order dated 11.08.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Commission. She undertook to issue the bill to the complainant/consumer bi-montly as per reading showing on electricity meter of the complainant/consumer. The letter dated 11.06.2020 vide which Rs.1,15,360/- were claimed from the complainant has got no value and the same is meaningless and is not considerable at all. The remaining blalance amount after adjustment deposited by the complainant shall be adjusted against future bills which are likely to be issued to the complainant.

The complainant alongwith his counsel also suffered statement and admitted the statement of the opposite party and as correct and further stated that in view of the statement made by the opposite party he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and the same may  kindly be ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid statements of the RA alongwith counsel and complainant alongwith his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
