Present :- Complainant in Person alongwith Counsel Sh.Jatinder Sharma, Advocate.

File taken up today on the application filed by Counsel for the Complainant for withdrawal the above said complaint, he being Senior Citizen cannot come to Court frequently.

Statement of Sh.Satpal, Complainant in Person along with Counsel Sh.Jatinder Sharma, Advocate recorded that as per Letter No.122 dated 3.2.2023, the OPs/PSPCL have waived the outstanding amount of Rs.4,22,999/-. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint, so the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of letter Mark-A is attached herewith.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the complainant in Person along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
