                   Sh. Gurmail Singh, LDC, North Sub Division PSPC Ltd Moga has appeared and suffered a statement that the opposite parties have already corrected the bill in question issued to complainant and deducted an amount of Rs.11,800/- out of the bill and grievance of the complainant has been redressed. On the other hand, complainant has suffered a statement that as the opposite parties has stated that they have already corrected the bill in question issued to complainant and deducted an amount of Rs.11,800/- out of the bill, as such the opposite parties have redressed his grievance. In view of the statement suffered by opposite parties, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of the above, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, opposite parties are directed to adjust the amount of Rs.8000/- deposited by the complainant in compliance of the order dated 06.09.2017 passed by this Forum with them for the subsequent bills. The opposite parties are further directed to issue the bills to the complainant as per actual consumption in future. File be consigned to record room.
