Quorum is not complete. Today, the case is fixed for consideration on the application moved by the complainant for interim relief. But, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that he withdraws the present complaint due to some technical defect and necessary permission may be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing technical defect.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, permission is granted to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing technical defect. Members' sets returned to the counsel for the complainant, as requested. File be consigned to the record room.
