Sh.Sawinder Singh, R.A of the opposite party has stated at bar that wrong bill was issued to the complainant due to confusion of account number and now electric bill of the complainant has been rectified by giving correct account number and amount of Rs.2459/- is due to the complainant from the opposite party. He also made statement in the forum to this effect and stated that due amount would be adjusted in the next electric bill. Thereafter learned counsel for the complainant made statement that in view of the statement of Mr.Sawinder Singh, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of it, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per law. File be consigned to the record room.
