Present:       Sh.Mukhtiar Singh, Advocate for complainant.

                                    

                   Smt.Babita, Member is on leave today. Today, case is fixed for admission hearing. At this state Sh.M.S.Mann, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file Civil Suit on same cause of action.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file Civil Suit on same cause of action. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.
