Present:       Sh.Parkash Chand applicant in person.

                   Sh.Hitesh Bhargav, RA of PSPCL, CMC Division Special/respondent

       alongwith counsel Sh.M.S.Sethi, Advocate.

 

                   Ms.Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today. Sh.Hitesh Bhargav, RA of PSPCL, CMC Division Special/respondent has come present and has suffered a statement that OP will comply the order of this Hon’ble Forum within 30 days from today. In view of statement suffered by Sh.Hitesh Bhargav, RA of PSPCL, CMC Division Special/respondent, the present execution application stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents/JDs to comply with the order of this Forum within 30 days from today, failing which respondents/JDs are liable to pay Rs.1500/- as penalty to the applicant/decree holder. However, applicant is at liberty to file fresh execution application, in case the order is not complied with by the respondents as per the statement suffered by their RA today and penalty of Rs.1500/- is not given to the applicant. File be consigned to record room.
