The Checking Squad, on inspection found that the petitioner was taking the supply of electricity directly from the main line.  It was found that the petitioner was drawing 12.325 KW load against the sanctioned load of 6.480 KW.  Both the meters installed at the petitioner’s premises were also found missing.

Finding recorded by the State Commission that the petitioner was guilty of stealing the electricity is a finding of fact, which cannot be interfered with in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.  We agree with the view taken by the State Commission.  Dismissed.
