Heard Counsel for the Petitioner. Delay condoned. The report Exhibit R-7 would show that the lead seal of CT Chamber was tampered with and the paper seal was broken and rubbed though in Exhibit R-8 it is stated that the lead seal of the CT Chamber seems to be tampered and the paper seal fixed was found in condition, yet it is clear that in fact the lead seal of the CT Chamber had been tampered. An affidavit has been filed by Engineer B.C. Bansal in which it was shown as to how the electricity was being pilfered from the meter and lead seal of the CT Chamber was tampered with and it was observed that the consumer had opened CT Chamber and committed theft. In the light of the material on record as also the order of the State Commission we do not find that any case has been made out for interference in the exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
