14.08.2008. Present: None for the complainant. Sh.Shiv Cha;ran Singh Gill, Adv.Counsel for the Ops-Boarad. The case called number of times since morning. Neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared nor produced his evidence.It is 2.30 P.M. No evidence of the complainant was present on the last date of hearing. Last and final opportunity was granted subject to costs to produce his evidence. Even the costs of Rs. 100/- has not been paid. It appeares that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting this complaint. Thus, we closed the evidence of the complainant by order. Since there is no evidence led by the complainant, the complaint filed by the complainant has no merit land the same is dismissed. In view of the peculiar circumstances of the case, the parties are left to bear their own costs.File be consigned to record room.
