The Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh, vide Order dated 04.07.2013 passed in Ist Appeal No.557 of 2009 titled as PSPCL Versus Surinder Singh Sangha sent a Cheque of Rs.2,721/- for payment to the complainant, Surinder Singh Sangha. This Cheque dated 12.01.2016 received from Hon'ble State Commission was deposited in the account of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum because the complainant is not traceable, Summons/Notices were sent to the complainant Surinder Singh Sangha through various methods even through registered post along with A.D. Since 21.5.2014 for a period of one year, Summons/Notice were sent to the complainant for 18.6.2014, 8.7.2014 for service of complaint as per directions of Hon'ble State Commission. Thereafter for delivery of Cheque, Notices were issued to the complainant for 16.3.2016, 6.4.2016 and 26.5.2016, but all the admissions, Notices sent through ordinary or registered just received back with the report “Incomplete Address” or not available at site and thereafter Notice issued through Registered Post with A.D. not received back as per reports made by Ahlmed dated 4.4.2016, 24.5.2016. Therefore, it is cleared that neither complainant nor his representatives are available nor could be served any process. So it is, ordered that papers be consigned to the record room and shall be taken up as and when any person on behalf of complainant appeared.
