Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the light of judgment passed by Honle Supreme Court in .P. Power Corporation Ltd. and others Vs. Anis Ahmed(Civil Appeal No.5466 of 2012 decided on 1.7.2013), petitioner wants to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate Court. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted. Dasti to both parties.
