ORDER

Statement of Sh.Raj Kumar Singla,S.D.O.,PSEB,City Sub Division,Bathinda on oath. Opposite parties give offer to the complainant for getting the electricity meter No.223281 checked from M.E.Lab,Bathinda within 15 days from the date he deposites the requisite charges/challenge fee for getting it (meter) checkeds from M.E.Lab,Bathinda. We and complaint would be bound by the result of the checking from the M.E. Legality, validity and correctness of the impugned bills dated 22.12.2007 and 22.2.2008 would be considered by the opposite parties as per report of the M.E.Lab regarding this meter. Account would be accordingly adsjusted. RO&AC Member President, D.C.F. Statement of Sh.Ashok Gupta,counsel for the complanant W.O. Offer given by the opposite partis through the statement of Sh.Raj Kumar Singla,S.D.O.ils acceptable to the complainant. He would deposit the requisite charges/challenge fee etc. as admissible under the rules on or before 24.4.2008. Results regarding the checking of the meter from the M.E.Lab would be binding upon the complainant and opposite parties. In view of this and in view of the above statement of Sh.Raj Kumar Singla,SDO, complainant does not want to proceed with this complaint at this stage. Parties may be left to bear their own costs.
