The fora below have dismissed the complaint filed by the petitioner on the ground that the second complaint filed by the petitioner was not maintainable as the complaint filed earlier by her husband on the same facts was dismissed and the said order attained finality.  This apart, the State Commission has recorded a finding that the electric connection given to the petitioner was

-2-

disconnected in the year 1999 and the complaint was filed in the year 2004 which was beyond the period of limitation.

Counsel for the respondent states that the power connection has already been given to the petitioner as the petitioner had applied for a fresh connection afterwards.

We agree with the view taken by the fora below that the second complaint filed by the petitioner was not maintainable.  We also endorse the finding recorded by the fora below that the complaint was filed beyond the prescribed period of limitation.  Dismissed.  No costs.
