Mohinder Singh complainant recorded to the effect that he has received a cheque bearing No. 889328 dated 11.2.2019 for Rs. 1,98302.41 of HDFC Bank from the opposite parties as full and final payment of his claim and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. Copy of the above said cheque is taken up on the record.

In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
