          The instance case is fixed for bringing Order from the Hon’ble SCDRC.

Parties are absent without any step. No order has been filed by the Parties instead of giving several directions.

             It is seen from the Case Record that one application has been filed by the Dhrs against this Jdrs for non compliance of the Order as passed C.C. Case no. 281/14 dated 11-08-2015. The Jdrs went to Hon’ble SCDRC. and filed one appeal against the said Order.

              It is further seen from the Case record that since institution of the Case, the instant case is pending for bringing Order, but the parties did not bother to file any Order till date.

             Consequently, this Forum by its own initiative searched out whether there is any appeal pending before the Hon’ble SCDRC. or not and after receiving Confonet case history it is found that the Hon’ble SCDRC on 16-12-2016 passed Final Order in  Appeal Case No. A/985/2015 and it is seen from a solemn Order of  the Hon’ble SCDRC. that the appeal was allowed on contest. The impugned Order is set aside. The complaint stands dismissed. There shall be no Order as to costs. It is further seen from the said Confonet case history that the O.Ps of the C.C. Case were the appellant of the above Order of the Hon’ble SCDRC. The instant execution application is rejected and disposed off.

             Hence, it is ordered that the E.A. 310/2015 is rejected and disposed off.
