In terms of order dated 7.9.2009, the State Commission has increased the rate of interest from 8% to 12% per annum on the amount of arrears of interest of Rs.6342/-. By filing this revision, the petitioner seeks further enhancement of interest to 18% per annum. Having heard Ms. Munjal, we do not found any justification to further enhance the rate of interest. Dismissed.
