   Ld. Advocate Mr. Suvro Chakraborty is present on behalf of the complainant. Ld. Advocate Mrs. Monalisha Banerjee is present on behalf of the O.P. The complainant has filed a petition along with a letter of the Opposite Party. A complainant prayed for disposing of the case for non-prosecution on the ground that matter in dispute has amicably been settled between them.

Heard both sides. Both the parties agreed upon that the matter of this case has amicable been settled in between them and they have no grievance against each other. The Opposite Party has returned the certificate of policy to the complainant. Both of them submitted that the case may be disposed of for non-prosecution.
