ORDER

Shri Sandeep Guru, learned counsel for the appellant.       

          Heard.

          This appeal is filed against the impugned order dated 19.11.2014 in case no.213/13 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Sagar.

          We have perused the order as well as the record of the case.

         On going through the circular of the Punjab National Bank annexed as C-24 in the record, it has been clearly mentioned that the facility of auto renewal of Fixed Deposit shall be provided on maturity w.e.f. 01.11.2007. 

         The District Forum has clearly mentioned this in paragraph 11 of the impugned order that the renewal facility was provided w.e.f. 01.11.2007, whereas maturity date of the Fixed Deposits of the appellant was 07.06.2001.   No facility was available at that time.                                                                                  

          We find no infirmity in the order passed by the District Forum.  Therefore, this appeal is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
