ORDER

Shri Rakesh Shejwar, learned counsel for the appellant.

Heard on the question of admission.

On perusal of order dated 23.08.2013 passed in C.C.No.61/2013 by the District Forum, Balaghat it is very clear that the appellant/complainant did not keeping the savings bank account in question with respondent Punjab National Bank.  Learned counsel for appellant also admits that appellant after completing all formalities closed the said savings bank account in question.  When the savings bank account in question has already been closed then in such circumstances, it cannot be said that the appellant is a consumer of respondent bank and he cannot seek any relief before the Consumer Forum.

The order passed by the District Forum is very relevant and up to the mark and we find no reason to interfere with the order and admit this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed summarily at the admission stage itself.
