                   In view of the fact that pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint is with the District Commission, learned counsel for complainant seeks leave to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

                   With the aforesaid liberty, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Court fees deposited by the complainant be refunded to the complainant.
