                  Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP.

                 At this stage, complainant has suffered her separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, so he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
