     No one for both the parties is present. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that no one had appeared for the appellant on last two dates i.e. on 1/8/2018 and 25/9/2018. Both the parties have also not filed Written Notes of Argument (W.N.A.) till this date though several chances have been already given for filing the same. This Commission also observed in an order dated 25/9/2018 that the appeal  be listed either for hearing or dismissal as no one appeared for both the parties on 25/09/2018.  The appeal deserves to be dismissed as Written Notes of Arguments (W.N.A.) are not filed and as no one appeared for both the parties on aforesaid last two dates. The appeal be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.

    The appeal is recalled at the end of the board. Presently also no one  is present for the appellant. Hence for the aforesaid reasons, the appeal is dismissed in default.
