2. Anmol minor son of Balbir Singh, minor Anmol through his real sister namely Sheetal who is natural guardian and next friend of minor.
3. Balbir Singh son of Sh. Ranjit Singh all resident of village Chogawan Tehsil Indri District Karnal.                                                                                                                                                             …….Complainants.

                                                Versus

1. Punjab National Bank branch at village Garhi Birbal Tehsil Indri District Karnal through its Branch Manager.
2. Life Insurance Corporation Ltd., having its Divisional office at 489, Model Town, Karnal through its Divisional Manager.

                                                                                      …..Opposite Parties.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   Ms. Seema Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant.

                               

                Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered her separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.            

                  In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
