ORDER:

                     Learned counsel of Decree Holder has made statement that he has received a cheque/pay order No.048408 dated 3.8.2016 for Rs.5500/- from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution. Hence, he wants to withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
