     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Abhimanyu Batish, Advocate Proxy for Sh.Uday Agnihotri, Advocate for Complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars. The present consumer complaint is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty granted as prayed for.
