The appellant was not present on 16.04.2015, 27.11.2015 and 05.02.2016.  Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellant to press the delay condonation application.  There is delay of 3 years 4 months and 16 days in filing the appeal.

Therefore, the delay condonation application is rejected for want of prosecution.  Consequently, the appeal is also dismissed.
