Learned counsel for the appellant states that he wants to withdraw the appeal, hence the same may be dismissed as such.  His further submission is that there was drafting error in the consumer complaint presented before the District Commission, hence the appellant / complainant may be granted liberty to file fresh consumer complaint before the District Commission.

Learned counsel for respondents submit that they have no objection, if the appellant / complainant is granted liberty to file fresh consumer complaint before the District Commission.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant / complainant to file fresh consumer complaint before the District Commission, according to law.
