                      On 10.08.2021, counsel for complainant, himself informed to the Commission regarding the death of the complainant, then, he was asked to produce the death certificate of the complainant and application by his Lrs if any and fresh Vakalatnama (power of attorney) in his favour. The proceedings were adjourned to 22.09.2021. On 22.9.2021, no one appeared from the side of the complainant and proceedings were again adjourned to 27.10.2021 for awaiting appearance of LRs of the complainant or their counsel. On 27.10.2021, position remained the same and proceedings were adjourned to 17.11.2021 i.e. today itself, for filing list of Lrs of deceased Ram Rattan, complainant, fresh power of attorney in favour of the lawyer concerned by Lrs of the deceased. Again on today, it remained failure on the side of the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant, prayed adjournment on the ground, he had sent intimation to the LRs of the deceased, complainant but no one has contacted to him. More than sufficient time, has been given to LRs of the deceased to join the proceedings but they failed. For particular purpose, proceedings cannot be adjourned time and again for indefinite period  and there was sufficient time with the person concerned to place on record, death certificate of the deceased and application  in this regard, for joining further proceedings to prosecute the complaint but they failed. Under the circumstances, further proceedings in this case are dropped, treating the same as abated. File be consigned to records.
