Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 30.11.2019. Complainant is not appearing for past three dates of hearing i.e. 08.08.2022,18.10.2022 and on 31.05.2023. Complainant has also not taken steps directed to him vide order dated 18.10.2022.  Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
