Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Shri Munish Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of OP No.1 by filing memo of appearance. Today, complainant has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received a DD bearing No.503067 dated 25.09.2024, of Rs.5,000/-, from Shri Anil Kumar Kaushik, Advocate on behalf of OP No.2, ICICI Bank, now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he withdraws the present complaint.  Photocopy of the DD placed on record.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in pre Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
