Today, the case is fixed for remaining arguments. However, the complainant has suffered statement that she is ready to settle the matter for a lumpsum of Rs.45,000/- in one go with the opposite parties. She will pay the amount within one month from today and the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. The Manager of the opposite parties has also suffered statement that he has heard the statement of the complainant and the opposite parties are ready to receive the settlement amount of Rs.45,000/- from the complainant.

In view of the aforesaid statements of the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
