Present:  Sh. Rakesh Kumar Sangwan, Advocate for the           complainant.

 

ORDER

         Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

          At this stage, learned counsel for complainat has made a statement on behalf of complainant that due to technical defects, he does not want to continue with the present complaint.  The present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file the case afresh may be granted.

         Heard.

         Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.Copy of the order be supplied to counsel for the complainant.

         File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
