                   In terms of order dated 21.09.2023, surety bond furnished, accepted and attested. The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) is hereby ordered to be released in favour of the petitioner Rajender Kumar son of Shri Rameshwar Dass, through account payee cheque and record of the execution petitioner is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, fully satisfied at this stage.
