          Today, case is fixed for arguments, but at this stage, ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that as per the instructions received from the complainant, I withdraw the present complaint due to some technical defect with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.”

          In view of the statement made by ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defect. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
